ViVi Virtual Assistant is an intelligent voice control system developed by VinBigData (a member of Vingroup), built on world-class technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data analytics, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Backed by a team of globally recognized professors, PhDs, and technology experts, ViVi stands out with its exceptional command of the Vietnamese language—achieving up to 98% accuracy in recognizing common Vietnamese phrases. It can also understand a wide range of regional accents and dialects across various contexts.
The product is currently integrated into VinFast’s newly launched smart electric vehicle – the VF e34. It supports drivers in performing a variety of hands-free tasks while on the move, related to key in-car function groups such as:
